Each session has a single, all-inclusive price. There are no add-on charges for course materials, follow-up sessions (within the programme), or the folder structures provided at the end.

Each session follows a clear structure. The one-day records session moves through a defined sequence: inventory of what you have, assignment to categories, labelling, and map creation. Pricing that reflects what is included

The one-day session at RM 690 covers the full day, all stationery, the folder structure, and the records map. The six-session course at RM 1,950 includes all course reading materials. The yearly couples programme at RM 4,420 covers every scheduled session across the year, the in-home setup, and the family records folder at the end. There are no additional charges within each programme.

The personal records map

Every participant in the one-day session leaves with a hand-completed personal records map — a single document listing each category of household record, where it is stored, and when it was last updated. This map is designed to be handed to a family member in future and is reviewed during the yearly programme.

A filing structure built around what you have

Rather than imposing a generic system, the records session begins with an inventory of what each participant has brought. The folder structure is assembled in response to the actual documents present, not to an assumed standard set.

Annual materials review

Course materials are reviewed each year and updated where the underlying official sources have changed. Participants who return for a second year of the couples programme receive a refreshed version of any materials that have been updated.
